Willow Springs International Raceway has successfully closed the sale of its 600-acre facility, according to a press release by the managing real estate firm Storage Exchange.

The new owners as of today are the Sam Byrne-led CrossHarbor Capital Partners, who have already stated a strong desire in managing and rebuilding the complex to bring top national and international series back to the California landmark. The investment firm proposed a multi-year plan to bring Willow Springs back up to modern FIA standards to host professional racing events throughout the year, though a completion date has not yet been declared by any of the involved parties.
